Refund and Cancellation Policy - Controla-VA

1. Cancellation Before Service Begins

Clients who have made a payment but whose service has not yet begun (e.g., no recruitment has

started) may request a full refund within 7 business days of the transaction.

2. Cancellation After Service Has Started

If work has begun (e.g., recruitment or interviews), partial refunds may be granted depending on the

stage of progress, subject to company discretion. A processing fee of up to 20% of the paid amount

may be applied.

3. How to Request a Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted by email to: [email protected]. Please

include your full name, transaction date, payment amount, reason for request, and contact details.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in cases of service misuse, breach of terms, or requests made after the

service has been completed.

6. Recurring Services

Cancellations of monthly services will apply to the following billing cycle and are not retroactively

refundable.
